MRA had it and Bride out in their Silver Screams series.

they are the last two on the bottom row right.

Magna Pacific had Frankenstien and Bride and a 3 pack with The Black Cat. Magna also had The Mummy and The Raven out.

RBC/Avenue One had Frankenstien out. Showtime had a mega budget version that you could get at $2 shops. So did Flashback.

Hollywood House/BigSkyVideo have a budget version of Dracula. RBC had that out for a while too.

Payless had a few of them out ages ago. They are getting through most of their old stuff in 2fers so they'll probably get around to reissuing the monster films.

Budget DVDs come and go here. Mostly put out in one-off print runs for a chain of stores. I always find this sort of stuff at JB Hi-Fi, EzyDVD, Go-Lo, Hot Dollar, Dollar King, Mad Hatter, Reject Shop and indie DVD shops.
